    > what is the exact team sizing? internally and externally (eg. freelance workforce)

    > who is who, has the lead, in which terms, and for which parts of the organization?

  • 01.02# INVENTORIZE & VISUALIZE ON-GOING AND FUTURE PLANNED ACTIVITIES

    > where is the organization at? where is it going to?

    > what are the needed efforts and how is the distribution and workload to the team?

  • 01.03# ANALYSE & PRIORIZE ITEMS, IDENTIFY THEIR TRIGGERS AND DELIVERABLES

    > which part is the most important to organise first and how would it normally be done?

    > what are the already installed processes and how satisfied are we with the outcomes?

    > in current workflow, how do we take things from point A over point B to step C?

  • 01.04# LIST THEM, ALL NECESSARY STEPS TO AWAITED OPTIMIZATION

    > which items do we wanted to push faster forward? why and and how?

    > where are the repeatable, time-consuming tasks and how to automate them?

    > do we seek more transparency? on which type of tasks?

    > do we seek to increase the ownership of some members? which members and, to which level?
