  • 02.01# SCALE THE TRANSLATION INTO WRIKE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SaaS
    > show the outline and meaning of the platform, where needed supported by official tutorial videos.
    > which parts of the organisation are suited to onboard? which not? and why?
    > what platforms do you use to date? (MS Teams, Trello, Slack, …) how and to which level do we integrate them?
  • 02.02# DEFINE THE CORE AND KEY PEOPLE TO BE INVOLVED IN THE IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
    > define possible admin(s), regular and external users and, collaborators & their user rights
    > map INTERNAL and EXTERNAL users (freelancers, suppliers, clients, stakeholders, …)
    > elect a “Champions” Team (the early adopters, the open-minded, tech-savvy ones)
    > prepare the interview and speak to the chosen and affected members
  • 02.03# IDENTIFY POSSIBLE ROADBLOCKS AND PEOPLE WHO MIGHT BE RESISTANT TO CHANGE
    > are all chosen people ready for the mind-switch and and 21st century workflow and methods?
