    > support any member, personally, on any possible questions and remarks during use.
    > gather feedback from the “Champions Team” and re-solve/fix these issues to regain stability and trust.
  • 05.02# TWEAK (CORE) BUILDING BLOCKS OF THE FRAMEWORK WHERE NECESSARY
    > which parts of the structure are running good, which parts would maybe need an update?
    > process and perform any wanted – legit – adaptions to the framework.
    > further study and tune any possible chosen integration (Facebook Pages, Outlook, Salesforce, ..)
  • 05.03# SHOW-OFF & SETUP NOT APPROACHED ADVANCED FUNCTIONS
    > what might be applicable : Analytics, Reports, Approvals, Time-Tracking & Log, Dependencies, …
  • 05.04# DEFINE AND SCALE ANY FURTHER NEEDED REMOTE SUPPORT & MONITORING
    > are the basic functions full understood? are the advanced functions clear enough?
    > support and resolve any and all questions
    > is the set timeline for complete adoption still realistic? or would we need more time?
    > do we feel 100% confident for a handover?
